Managing Director, Mark Shaddick, who prior to entering the commercial market, worked for the Devon and Somerset Fire & Rescue Service (DSFRS) for 24 years as an Operational Fire-Fighter, Watch Manager and laterally School Manager for the Access and Rescue School at the DSFRS Training Academy.
